Digital Dawa ("we", "us") is a business growth consultancy operating from Berlin, Germany. We are the data controller for personal data collected through this website, digitaldawa.com. You can contact us at any time regarding your data at hello@digitaldawa.com.

We collect personal data in two ways:

• Data you give us. When you submit our Business Check-up form we collect your name, email address, business name, website URL, industry, and the information you share about your business challenges, revenue range, and goals.
• Data collected automatically. We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use our website. This collects device information, pages visited, approximate location (city level), and interaction events. IP addresses are processed by Google in anonymised form.

We process your personal data for the following purposes and legal bases:

• Responding to your enquiry and conducting the Business Check-up you requested (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR, steps prior to entering a contract).
• Improving our website and services through aggregated analytics (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, legitimate interest).
• Sending marketing communications only if you have explicitly subscribed, and you can unsubscribe at any time (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR, consent).

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with service providers we use to operate this website and our business: Google (analytics), Cloudflare (website hosting and security), and our email provider. Some of these providers process data outside the EU under appropriate safeguards such as the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and Standard Contractual Clauses.

Enquiry data is kept for as long as needed to handle your request and, if you become a client, for the duration of our engagement plus statutory retention periods. Analytics data is retained according to Google Analytics settings (14 months). You can request deletion of your data at any time.

Under the GDPR you have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Correct inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data
• Restrict or object to processing
• Receive your data in a portable format
• Withdraw consent at any time, where processing is based on consent
• Lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, in Germany the responsible Landesdatenschutzbehörde
